Aside from traditional classic favourites such as Phở (Rice Noodles) – touted to be Vietnam’s national dish, Gỏi Cuốn (Fresh Spring Rolls), Chả Giò (Fried Spring Rolls) and Cà Phê (Vietnamese Drip Coffee), we also feature lesser known but equally Viet-licious and unique items such as Bánh Tráng Nướng (Grilled Rice Paper Pancake), Xôi Chiên Phồng (Fried Glutinous Rice Puff), Canh Chua Ngao Nước Dừa (Clam Soup Cooked with Coconut Water) and Bún Chả (Grilled pork belly and patties served with pickles, mint, basil, lettuce and Vietnamese vermicelli, in a dip made from 100% fish sauce).
