Positions Available

Kitchen Team

Prepare and ensure that each and every dish served is fresh, of good quality and made with care.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations of the entire kitchen.
    2. Ensure high quality of food served as per SOP.
    3. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of staff and the outlet.
    4. Minimise food waste and control cost while ensuring sufficient stock of ingredients.
    5. Train, monitor, and motivate staff.
    6. No prior experience in Vietnamese cuisine required. Training provided.

Requirements:

    1. Able to work in a non-halal restaurant.
    2. At least 5 years of working experience with 2-3 years in a management role in a casual dining or full-service restaurant environment.
    3. Experience in Chinese or Japanese restaurant a bonus
    4. Multi store experience preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations of either the hot or cold kitchen as per SOP.
    2. Ensure high quality of food served as per SOP
    3. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the staff and the outlet.
    4. Minimise food waste and control cost while ensuring sufficient stock of ingredients.

Requirements:

    2. At least 3 years of working experience in a casual dining or full-service restaurant environment.
    3. Experience in Chinese or Japanese restaurant a bonus

Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. Learn about Vietnamese food.
    2. Rotate & master cooking stations: Standby, Salad, Noodle, Grill, Fry, & Wok.
    3. Prepare ingredients and dishes in accordance with SOP, ensuring maximum freshness and quality.

Requirements:

    1. Able to work in a non-halal restaurant.
    2. With or without experience. Training Provided.
    3. Enjoys learning new things and working in fast paced environments.
    4. Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.

Service Team

Create a memorable dining experience for our customers by being attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. Maximise the sales and profitability of the restaurants.
    2. Ensure the smooth running of operations and that the desired SOPs, QSCV standards, all regulatory requirements and high customer satisfaction levels are met.
    3. Monitor, track and motivate performance of the team through regular appraisal and feedback.
    4. Work with HR to recruit and retain talent.
    5. Lead, counsel, and guide team members, groom a strong, motivated, loyal team, passionate about the brand and imbued with the desired Company culture.
    6. Work closely with Marketing on promotion related matters.
    7. Ensure that maintenance and repair work is carried out in a timely fashion to reduce operational downtime.

Requirements:

    1. Able to work in a non-halal restaurant

    2. At least 3 years of working experience in a casual dining or full-service restaurant environment.
