Ăn Viet was conceived with the aim to get people to “Eat” their food (vs throwing it away), in response to the horrendous amount of food that goes to waste – a whopping 1/3 of the food produced for human consumption globally, according to the Food and Agriculture Organisation.
In Vietnamese cooking, creative preparation methods ensure that every part of the plant or animal is turned into a delicious dish, making it the perfect cuisine to embody the cause of reducing food waste.

How You Can Play A Part
Choose a portion of rice/noodle you can finish. Finish the food that you ordered and Ăn Viet will donate RM0.10 to Food Aid Foundation, an NGO Food Bank that rescues surplus food and distributes to people in need.
If you select a smaller portion and you find it insufficient after the food arrives, top up to the largest portion at no additional charge.
Don’t forget to take only what you need when you harvest fresh basil leaf from the pot and customize your dish with your preferred condiments at our Basil & Condiment Bar.
